Life Coaching assists you in unlocking your full potential so that ou can live your best life! My method is individually tailored for you.

 We'll talk about what you want in your life, and what your goals and dreams are. As a Certified Life Coach, I will not only listen to you, but HEAR and help guide you in the direction of your goals. 

Confidentiality is assured! We begin with a 30-minute introductory consultation, and from there we determine a course of action and schedule sessions based on your needs. 

Hypnotherapy employs the use of hypnosis an altered state of consciousness help facilitate behavioral and emotional change.

 Is there residual behavior or repetitive patterns that no longer serve your greatest and highest good you would like to release?

Together we can work on letting those behaviors and patterns go before setting a course towards replacing them with much healthier and more joyful actions. 

We begin with a 45-minute session and set intentions for release. 

Reiki is an ancient Tibetan healing art of spiritual and universal energy that feels like a wonderful flow of love radiating throughout your body as it clears and balances your energy pathways, moving you to a new level of awareness and service. 

As a Reiki Master, I will begin each 45-minute session with an analysis of Chakras that need balancing, as well as Ayurvedic Pulse Reading to determine Doshas. This will be followed by a meditation and hands on Reiki to move your energy to a healthy place. 

As a certified Space and Clutter Clearing Coach, I can help you to work through letting go of items and possessions which no longer serve you. This will help to bring harmony and balance to your home or office. 

We begin at your front door and move room by room, visualizing what you desire. We'll work in blocks of one-hour to release and reorganize.  

Homework is assigned to be completed before the next session.
